GENPACT: AS BIG AS IT GETS
With 19,700 employees on its back, Genpact has become the number 
one BPO employer in India. It is followed by Accenture, Wipro BPO and IBM Daksh having 19,000, 12,900 and 10,000 employees, respectively. These ranks have been given by a study carried out by Dun and Bradstreet in their latest edition of ‘India’s top ITeS and BPO companies’. The Parameters which were taken into consideration for the study included employee size, verticals serviced and locations of delivery centres.
