Big daddy Arvind Brands Ltd. is beefing up its international brands with new launches to don you with the international look. Reasons Sumeet Yadav, VP, Arvind Brands, “30% to 40% of our annual turnover comes from the two months sale of Diwali & Dussehra, and each year we do lots of launches for all our brands.” The company is going great guns with launch of its ‘AW06 Collection’ and in October, it will enter the Rs.130 billion kids’ haute couture market. The company recently forayed into the lifestyle segment by roping in leading global brand Nautica and is banking on Diwali to make its presence felt in Indian households. No wonder the brand is becoming buoyant with their ‘Home Collection’ in Dussehra-Diwali ‘06.
